Job Content:

  • Assist senior management in managing and developing residential care services. 
  • Maintain a good financial, human and administrative management system according to the SQS in achieving the objectives of RSD
  • Implement effective internal control system and risk management of service units
  • Candidate should be a degree holder or above, preferably in business administration, health service or social service management
  • Experience in business administration, social services or residential services is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative and managerial experiences
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope Christian Service
  • Mature, willing to accept challenges, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, logical thinking and able to work independently
