Job Content:

Responsibilities: 

• Provide Dietetic services to service users of the DHC Express Scheme, including direct assessment, treatment, program planning & implementation, be responsible for related documentation, communication & reporting;
• Conduct primary health promotion, education talk & provide direct patient education & coaching; 
• As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and primary healthcare resource hub to engage related service stakeholder and discipline for primary health & chronic disease management; 
• Provide professional inputs in service planning and development of the Scheme;
• To supervise supporting staff, as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics plus internship and on list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitian; 
• Possess 5 years or above post-qualification experience in patient care related practice in dietetic service, preferable both in clinical setting or in community setting; 
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills 
• Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy
